The meeting will start at 9:30 a.m., Wednesday, addressing an interlocal agreement for Election Services with the Supervisor of Elections.
Council will then review a proposed contract with CW3 Engineering, Inc. to provide
construction engineering and inspection services for the Estero on the River Phase 1 improvements.
Other items on the agenda include: construction engineering and inspection services for the Sandy Lake Bike/Ped improvements, a reimbursement resolution, acquisition of a parcel of land along Three Oaks Parkway, and an agreement with the Lee County School Board to develop a joint use park and recreation facility.
The meeting will be followed by a workshop with an update on development projects and the annual report by the Planning, Zoning & Design Board.
