The Board will start their meeting at 4:30 p.m., Tuesday, with a brief presentation regarding the recent Cultural Resource Assessment Survey Update prepared for the Village by Archaeological Consultants, Inc. The survey was conducted on the Estero on the River land located south of the river between US 41 and west of the Happehatchee Center property.
The Board will then conduct public hearings for the Spring Run at the Brooks clubhouse expansion and Miromar Outlets signage, a workshop for a zoning amendment for Genova and public information meetings for Estero Crossing’s commercial building #1 and a rezoning application from Milan Villas on Three Oaks Parkway.

Meetings are held in the Council Chambers, Village Hall, 9401 Corkscrew Palms Circle, near the entrance to the Estero Community Park.
Residents may view the meeting here and provide public comment by utilizing the eComment Card on the Village website here. Comments must be received by noon one day before the actual meeting and they will be distributed to the Council/Board but will not be read at the meeting.
