Village contractor Cougar Contracting initiated work on the Estero Parkway roadway improvements project on January 6, 2020.
Plans call to repave the road between U.S. 41 and Three Oaks Parkway. Once completed, the road will include new landscaping, streetlights, 7-foot bike paths and 6-foot sidewalks on both sides of the road.
The project is expected to be completed by December 1, 2020.
