Estero Storage
The applicant is applying for a development order for a 107,000 square foot self-storage building along with supporting parking, sidewalks and utilities.
Estero Storage will be located off of Arcos Avenue in the Plaza del Sol.
No voting occurs during public information meetings.
Grandezza pickleball courts
The applicant is planning to add four pickleball courts adjacent to the bocce ball courts at the Club at Grandezza located at 11418 Grand Oak Blvd.
The courts will be 367 feet from the first building to the east and 386 feet from the building to the west. The applicant plans to have an acoustic study conducted by a third party to determine noise abatement measures.
Public Comment: 20 eComment cards in favor of this project, and 9 against, were placed into the record. A petition with 300 signatures in favor of the project was placed into the record. Eight residents spoke, some in favor and some with concerns about noise, the location, and hours of operation.

Via Coconut
The applicant was seeking a development order amendment to allow changes to their plan for a 20-acre property at the southwest corner of Corkscrew Road and Via Coconut Point.
The applicant was requesting revisions to the site plan, but the total number of 330 multifamily units, 29,600 square feet of commercial use and 10,000 square feet for a church or alternative commercial use will remain the same.
They plan to construct the residential buildings and linear park in Phase 1 with the one-story retail buildings being constructed in Phase 2.
They will have a fenced dog park; the landscape plan includes enhanced landscaping around the lake and bicycle racks will be incorporated throughout the project.
The Board approved this application with stipulations.
