Council will address an interlocal agreement with Lee County for animal control services and the amended 2018 Legislative Priorities.
Ordinance first readings and public hearings
There will be a first reading of an ordinance prohibiting medical marijuana facilities in Estero and an ordinance addressing changing qualifications for members of the Design Review Board.
Workshop – Comprehensive Plan – Recreation & Open Space and Public School Facilities
Council will hold a workshop on Recreation & Open Space and Public School Facilities.
This is one of several upcoming Council workshops in conjunction with the Village’s first Comprehensive Plan which will be transmitted to the state for approval early next year.
