Council will start their meeting at 5:05 p.m., Wednesday, September 18, with two public hearings adopting the final millage rate and adopting the final budget for FY 2024-2025. Budget hearings are required to be held after 5 p.m.
There will be a first reading of a zoning ordinance for Via Coconut, a 20-acre property at the southwest corner of Corkscrew Road and Via Coconut Point.
This will be followed by a workshop on the interlocal agreement with the Brooks CDD regarding their sidewalks along Three Oaks Parkway.

Meetings are held in the Council Chambers, Village Hall, 9401 Corkscrew Palms Circle, near the entrance to the Estero Park.
Residents may view the meeting here and provide public comment by utilizing the eComment Card on the Village website. Comments must be received by noon one day before the actual meeting and they will be distributed to the Council but will not be read at the meeting.
