Estero Family Health Center is requesting an addition to their existing building at 19701 S. Tamiami Trail.
The Goddard School for Early Childhood Development is proposing to build a two-story, 14,000-square foot school with playground at 10100 Arcos Avenue at Plaza del Sol just south of the car wash.
The Palms Day School is planning a 13,400-square foot daycare/preschool at 9600 Corkscrew Road.
Estero Storage, LLC, is seeking a zoning amendment at Plaza del Sol in order to construct a 120-room hotel, a 110,000-square foot self-storage building and 18,000 square feet of commercial floor area located at 10251 Arcos Avenue behind the car wash.
Ordinance 2024-09 – Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan to adopt the South Florida Management District water supply facilities work plan – This ordinance pertains to amending the Comprehensive Plan to meet the required Florida Statute.
The Board will then conduct a workshop addressing the 9000 Williams Road “Entertainment District” development order.
