The Village is inviting you to attend a series of workshops and public hearings to discuss its first Land Development Code.  The code is important because it sets the standards for the community’s future development and redevelopment.

These standards include architecture, landscaping, zoning, open space and other items that aim to provide a high quality of life in Estero.

Eight meetings are scheduled through the end of the year, with the first workshop being held in the Village Hall at 9:30 a.m., October 21.  See the full schedule here.

Please participate in this important planning process by either attending the upcoming workshops or watching them online at: http://estero-fl.gov/council/watch-meetings-online/. You may submit your input via an eComment card located here.

The Village Hall is located at 9401 Corkscrew Palms Circle, near the entrance to the Estero Community Park.
