The Planning & Zoning Board will conduct public hearings for Estero Grande, Tidewater, West Bay and the hours of operation at Shoppes at Coconut Trace (also known as Naples Community Hospital) at 5:30 p.m., Tuesday, January 16.
In addition, there will be a Public Information Meeting conducted for Comterra Development, which is proposing a 128-room hotel on Walden Center Drive on the southwest corner of Coconut Road and US 41.
