Village staff contacted Verizon regarding the loss of service for residents living east of I-75 and were told residents need to call to get a ticket number.  The more calls Verizon receives, the higher the priority becomes.  It is expected that the other service providers would react the same way.

Be prepared to wait a long time when contacting the service provider.  Staff spent 1 hour 20 minutes on hold prior to speaking with a representative.
