Old US Post Office
The meeting will begin with a new member orientation from 3:30 p.m.- 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
The Board will convene at 4:30 p.m. with an introduction of new members, reappointments and selection of a vice-chairman.
The Board will then conduct public hearings for the Shadow Wood guardhouse remodel on Coconut Road, and pickleball court applications from Wildcat Run on Corkscrew Road and The Brooks Commons Club on Coconut Road.
A public information meeting will provide details of a development order request for two one-story buildings at University Highlands located on Ben Hill Parkway and the conversion of the Goodwill Retail and Donation Center into a daycare Celebree School on Corkscrew Road Commons Drive.
Following a 15-minute break, the Board will conduct a public hearing for an amendment to the zoning for the old US Post Office building at 8111 Broadway E.

Meetings are held in the Council Chambers, Village Hall, 9401 Corkscrew Palms Circle, near the entrance to the Estero Community Park.
Residents may view the meeting here and provide public comment by utilizing the eComment Card on the Village website here. Comments must be received by noon one day before the actual meeting and they will be distributed to the Council/Board but will not be read at the meeting.
