The Planning & Zoning Board will conduct a public hearing for the Miromar Outlet Hotel at their meeting at 5:30 p.m., September 18.
The hotel, which will consist of 135 rooms on four floors, is located in the northwest quadrant of the Miromar Outlet Mall on approximately 2.1 acres, south of Germain Arena, abutting I-75 and a lake.
Planning & Zoning Board meetings are held at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 9401 Corkscrew Palms Circle, near the entrance to the Estero Community Park.
