Council will start their meeting at 9:30 a.m. by selecting members of the new Planning, Zoning & Design Board, establishing staggered terms, and appointing a Chairperson.
They will then be asked to approve the final plat for Coconut Landing, the Estero River north branch drainage improvements contract, and conduct a public hearing for the Pavich Center, a .73-acre parcel at the intersection of Corkscrew Road and Happy Hollow Lane.

Meetings are held in the Council Chambers, Village Hall, 9401 Corkscrew Palms Circle, near the entrance to the Estero Community Park.
The Council Chambers will be available for public comment, in accordance with social distancing orders. Participants are to wear their own-supplied mask.
