Via Coconut
Council will start their meeting at 9:30 a.m., Wednesday with a proclamation and key to the city presentation for American Idol Top 4 finalist and Estero resident Casey Bishop.
Council will then address a shared-use contract for engineering services to design site improvements for the Estero PreK-8 school to be located on Three Oaks Parkway.
There will then be a second reading and public hearing for an ordinance regarding the rezoning of Via Coconut, and a resolution pertaining to vacating a public right-of-way on the same property, which is located south of Corkscrew Road and west of Via Coconut Road.
Council will then conduct workshops on the Williams Road bicycle and pedestrian improvement concepts and a cooperative agreement with the South Florida Water Management District, Lee County, Bonita Springs and Estero.

Meetings are held in the Council Chambers, Village Hall, 9401 Corkscrew Palms Circle, near the entrance to the Estero Community Park.
Residents may view the meeting here and provide public comment by utilizing the eComment Card on the Village website. Comments must be received by noon one day before the actual meeting and they will be distributed to the Council but will not be read at the meeting.
