Lake Michigan Credit Union Estero
The applicant from Lake Michigan Credit Union Estero was requesting approval to repaint the exterior of their existing building, adding two windows to the southern façade and screening the HVAC equipment. They presented three different color options.
Lake Michigan Credit Union is located at 21910 S. Tamiami Trail, north of Williams Road, west of US 41, and situated between Walgreens and Chick-fil-A.
After hearing comments from the Board, the applicant requested to continue their request to a future date.
The Old Post Office
A representative of this property was requesting approval for their development order and monument sign.
They are proposing to upgrade and reface the old building to resemble the adjacent strip mall. Their plans call for adding a tower, stucco to the metal building and painting the roof. The monument sign will be the same color stucco as the building. They also plan an enhanced landscaping plan.
The Old Post Office is located at 8111 Broadway E. located 200 feet east of US 41. (Presentation)
