Burgerim Restaurant

The Burgerim Restaurant is a casual restaurant serving hamburgers, salads, sandwiches, and was requesting approval to sell beer and wine.

The restaurant is located at 23111Fashion Drive in Coconut Point Mall.  The indoor dining area seats 56 with an outdoor area which seats 24.  (Presentation)

The Board approved this request with the conditions that beer and wine only be served from 10 a.m. to midnight and no outdoor entertainment is allowed.

ComTerra Development, LLC

Phoenix at Estero

Phoenix at Estero was requesting approval to increase the height of their proposed building from two stories to three stories to accommodate up to 140 units for a proposed assisted living facility.

The building site is located at 10251 Acros Avenue, north and east of the intersection of Three Oaks Parkway and Corkscrew Road. (Presentation)

The Board voted to recommend Council approve this application with the conditions recommended by staff.

Public Information Meeting

Corkscrew Crossing (aka Monte Cristo)

Corkscrew Crossing is proposing to reduce the approved number of total residential units from 724 to 625, modify the number of single-family units, modify development standards and deviations and modify the Master Concept Plan.

They are proposing the development now will include primarily single-family units along with some multi-family, two-family attached units, and townhouses.

The preserve area located on the southern end of the property interconnects with other conservation areas, including Edison Farms. There will be a panther/wildlife corridor on the east side of their property which will include fencing, plantings and a flow way which will run the entire eastern side of the development.

Corkscrew Crossing is located at 12840 Corkscrew Road, south of Corkscrew Road and west of Bella Terra.  (Presentation)

Miromar Hotel

The applicant is requesting a change in zoning to allow for a hotel at the northwest corner of Miromar Outlet.

The site is located at 10801 Corkscrew Road in the Miromar Outlet.  It is currently being used as surface parking for the mall, adjacent to Germain Arena. (Presentation)
