The Planning & Zoning Board will conduct public hearings for the Burgerim Restaurant in Coconut Point Mall; Comterra Development’s proposed hotel west of US 41 and south of Coconut Road, and Phoenix at Estero’s assisted living facility north and east of the intersection of Three Oaks Parkway and Corkscrew Road.
In addition, the Board will conduct Public Information Meetings for Corkscrew Crossing located south of Corkscrew Road and west of Bella Terra, and the Miromar Hotel in the Miromar Outlet Mall.
