Council will start their meeting at 9:30 a.m., Wednesday, with a proclamation for the Florida Everblades’ for winning the 2023 Kelly Cup.
Action items include approving the plat for Milan Villas located on Three Oaks Parkway and Williams Road, the design and permitting of extending utilities to Cypress Park Circle, demolition of the structure and removal of debris at 8801 Corkscrew Road, a contract to replace plant materials along Estero Parkway, approving the software for Munis ERP software and the Entertainment District design and permitting.
There will then be a public hearing to consider a proposed Settlement Agreement related to The Brooks Town Center property lawsuits, a first reading for an ordinance pertaining to the Coconut Road EPD rezoning, a second reading of an ordinance pertaining to the Village initiated rezoning on Williams Road and a resolution adopting the Capital Improvement Program for Fiscal Year 2023-2024.
This will be followed by a workshop with an audit report by Tuscan & Co., PA.

Meetings are held in the Council Chambers, Village Hall, 9401 Corkscrew Palms Circle, near the entrance to the Estero Park.
Residents may view the meeting here and provide public comment by utilizing the eComment Card on the Village website. Comments must be received by noon one day before the actual meeting and they will be distributed to the Council but will not be read at the meeting.
