The Planning & Zoning Board will start their meeting at 5:30 p.m. with a Public Hearing for an amendment to Ordinance 15-01 pertaining to the Design Review Board and the Planning & Zoning Board.
The Board will then conduct a Public Information Meeting addressing a request to rezone the property at 8111 Broadway East from agriculture to commercial use. This site was originally developed as Estero’s first post office.
