Ribbon-cutting ceremony

Councilmembers Jim Wilson, Jon McLain, Katy Errington, Mayor Jim Boesch, managing partner of Genova Partners Jim Wallace and Genova partner Carl Gruber, Vice-Mayor Bill Ribble and Councilmember Nick Batos participated in the ribbon-cutting ceremony for the grand opening of the first residential building in Genova on October 11, 2018.

When completed, Genova will be a gated community of 205 condos in six Mediterranean, 4-story courtyard/atrium buildings overlooking a lake.  Genova is located on the southeast corner of Corkscrew Road and Via Coconut Point Road.

Genova is the first residential community to be approved in Estero’s newly created Village Center, which is about 522 acres of land located near US41, extending from the southern city limits north to just south of Broadway Avenue.
