Council will start their meeting on Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. considering a contract with CW3 Engineering, Inc. to provide professional engineering services to proceed with the planning, design and permitting services work required for the River Ranch Road Improvements.
Council will then consider a lien mitigation request relating to a property at 8401 Mockingbird Lane, located at the corner of Highlands Avenue and Mockingbird Lane, and a settlement agreement with CHHCLA Investments, LLC pertaining to property at 20170 South Tamiami Trail, at the Intersection of US 41 and Trailside Drive.
There will be a first reading of an ordinance for the prohibition of micromobility devices and motorized scooters, and a second reading of an ordinance pertaining to the voluntary annexing of the property located at 4528, 4406/4410 Coconut Road.
Workshop items include an update on the Land Development Code and on the South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD) restoration projects.
