Wawa Convenience Store
The Board will start their meeting at 4:30 p.m., Tuesday, with a public hearing for the RiverCreek Phase III development order to construct 200 single family homes at 12840 Corkscrew Road.
Public hearings also will be conducted for three signs on the Marketplace at Coconut Point 10-acre tract located on US-41 between Via Villagio and Sweetwater Ranch Boulevard, and the development order for construction of a 5,537 square foot building with Wawa Convenience Store and gas station at the former Ruby Tuesday location in the Lowe’s plaza on Corkscrew Road.
Public information meetings will then be held for the Village’s 19-acre property located at 9000 Williams Road east of Via Coconut and the railroad right-of-way including the Gulf Coast Driving Range, and Wildcat Run’s plans to enlarge the parking areas at their clubhouse located at 20300 Country Club Drive, east of the new RiverCreek development.

Meetings are held in the Council Chambers, Village Hall, 9401 Corkscrew Palms Circle, near the entrance to the Estero Community Park.
Residents may view the meeting here and provide public comment by utilizing the eComment Card on the Village website here. Comments must be received by noon one day before the actual meeting and they will be distributed to the Council/Board but will not be read at the meeting.
