The Planning & Zoning Board will conduct a public hearing for the Shoppes at Coconut Point at 5:30 p.m., April 16.
The applicant is requesting an amendment to the Coconut Point MPD/DRI to allow conversion of 6,000 square feet of retail to allow for rental of the 6,000 square feet for medical office space at the Shoppes at Coconut Point. The property is located at 8350 Hospital Drive, on the corner of Pelican Colony Boulevard and US 41.
