The Board will start their meeting at 4:30 p.m., Tuesday, by conducting two public hearings. The first will be for the Shoppes at University Highlands’ request for a development order for their building No. 5 located on the west side of Ben Hill Griffin Parkway.
A public hearing will be conducted for a development order for Estero Crossing’s Oak & Stone Restaurant located 1,000 feet west of the intersection of Corkscrew Road and I-75.
There will be a public information meeting held for the Downtown Estero project located on the east side of US 41 north of Broadway and east of the Broadway Shoppes.
This will be followed by a public information meeting/workshop for an interior/exterior remodel of Arby’s located at Corkscrew Road and Three Oaks Parkway.

Meetings are held in the Council Chambers, Village Hall, 9401 Corkscrew Palms Circle, near the entrance to the Estero Community Park.
Residents may view the meeting here and provide public comment by utilizing the eComment Card on the Village website here. Comments must be received by noon one day before the actual meeting and they will be distributed to the Council/Board but will not be read at the meeting.
