Spring Run Golf Club
The meeting will start at 4:30 p.m., Tuesday, with a public information meeting for the proposed Spring Run clubhouse expansion, addition of an outdoor bar and dining area, addition of a pool building and bocce ball court. Spring Run Golf Club is located in The Brooks off of Coconut Road.
A workshop will be held for Downtown Estero, a 34-acre site located on the east side of US 41, north of Broadway and east of the Broadway Shoppes. They will be looking for comments on their proposed mixed use project.
A public hearing will then be conducted for The Colonnade located on the northeast corner of Corkscrew Road and Sandy Lane. The Colonnade is an assisted living facility with a mixture of independent living and assisted units, recreational facilities, and a total of 15,000 sq ft of commercial buildings.

Meetings are held in the Council Chambers, Village Hall, 9401 Corkscrew Palms Circle, near the entrance to the Estero Community Park.
Residents may view the meeting here and provide public comment by utilizing the eComment Card on the Village website here. Comments must be received by noon one day before the actual meeting and they will be distributed to the Council/Board but will not be read at the meeting.
