The Board will start their meeting at 5:30 p.m. with public hearings for Springhill Suites by Marriott, Mamma Anna Restaurant and a single-family residence at 9863 Bay Meadow in Shadow Wood in The Brooks.
A public information meeting will then be conducted for the property located south of Corkscrew Road and west of Via Coconut Road. This property is under review for a rezoning which would allow for 330 multi-family dwelling units and a maximum of 59,600 square feet of commercial retail/office or medical office space with an option to convert 30,000 square feet of commercial space to 124 hotel rooms.
