Coconut Trace Hotel

The Board started their meeting Tuesday with a public information meeting for the proposed construction of 4 pickleball courts at The Club at Grandezza.

Public hearings were conducted for Summercrest, the development of 153 town homes on the northeast corner of Corkscrew Road and Sandy Lane; Broadway Crossing, 17 single-family homes to be located south of Broadway Avenue East and west of Sandy Lane; and Coconut Trace Hotel, to be located at 22910 Lyden Drive, across from the Coconut Point Mall.
