Coconut Trace Hotel

The Board will start their meeting at 4:30 p.m., Tuesday, with a public information meeting for the proposed construction of 4 pickleball courts at The Club at Grandezza.

Public hearings will be conducted for Summercrest, the development of 153 town homes on the northeast corner of Corkscrew Road and Sandy Lane; Broadway Crossing, 17 single-family homes to be located south of Broadway Avenue East and west of Sandy Lane; and Coconut Trace Hotel, to be located at 22910 Lyden Drive, across from the Coconut Point Mall.

Meetings are held in the Council Chambers, Village Hall, 9401 Corkscrew Palms Circle, near the entrance to the Estero Community Park.

Residents unable to attend the meeting may view the meeting here and provide public comment by submitting an eComment Card on the Village website here. Comments need to be received by noon one day before the actual meeting and they will be distributed to the Board but will not be read at the meeting.
