The Planning & Zoning Board will conduct public hearings for a Tesla showroom and the Tommy Bahama Marlin Bar, both located at Coconut Point Mall, at 5:30 p.m., December 11.
The Tesla sales/showroom will be located in the former Grape Base location. Tesla models (2 to 3 cars) will be displayed within their space. Approximately 7 parking spaces and charging stations will be located across from the southerly corner of the Tesla tenant space.
The Tommy Bahama Marlin Bar is requesting to increase the number of seats in the bar service area from 70 approved seats to 105 seats and to include live outdoor music limited to their internal sound system.
