Public Hearing
The Design Review Board approved the architectural plans for the Texas Roadhouse restaurant at Shoppes at Estero Grande at their meeting on January 23 with the stipulation that the colors of the building are checked against the Estero Grande Pattern Book.
Representatives for the developer gave a presentation on some of the changes that have been addressed in the design of their building to make it compatible with the other buildings in Estero Grande, including changing the stone on the façade, using the same barrel tile roof as on the nearby Starbucks roof, adding a lattice wall on the side of the building to break up the blank wall and raising the wainscoting. Estero Grande is located west of US 41 and at the intersection of Estero Parkway and US 41.
