The Board will conduct three public hearings starting at 4:30 p.m., Tuesday. The first is a request for approval of the Truist Bank monument and directional signs (formerly BBT Bank) located at 20280 Grand Oaks Shoppes Blvd. on the east side of Ben Hill Griffin Parkway.
Christ Community Ministries is requesting a development order to expand the existing church by 2,972 square feet as well as expand the parking on their property located at 20810 Highlands Avenue.
The School Board of Lee County is requesting a development order for the construction of an elementary and middle school at 20897 Three Oaks Parkway.

Meetings are held in the Council Chambers, Village Hall, 9401 Corkscrew Palms Circle, near the entrance to the Estero Community Park.
