The Design Review Board will conduct a public hearing for a development order for University Self Storage. The applicant is proposing to build a 3-story facility with 600 storage units along with an ancillary office space located on the west side of Ben Hill Griffin Parkway across from Grandezza.
In addition, the Board will conduct a Public Information Meeting for the proposed Coconut Ford Pre-owned Vehicles monument sign located at 22600/604 S. Tamiami Trail, south of Galloway Ford Drive and south of the existing Coconut Point Ford Dealership.
