Council will start their meeting at 9:30 am., Wednesday, honoring Estero’s first Land Use Attorney Nancy Stroud Esq. for her 11 years of service.

Action items include: an agreement for land use legal services, ownership of the Sherrill Lane and Luettich Lane right-of-way in anticipation of constructing the Broadway Avenue West Utility Extension Project, and adoption of new employee benefits.

There will be a second reading of an ordinance adopting revisions to the Land Development Code.

Following the meeting, there will be Workshops including an update on the water monitoring program, status of the Chick-fil-A development order and Code Compliance Mitigation and Payment.

Meetings are held in the Council Chambers, Village Hall, 9401 Corkscrew Palms Circle, near the entrance to the Estero Park.

Residents may view the meeting here and provide public comment by utilizing the eComment Card on the Village website.  Comments need to be received by noon one day before the actual meeting;  they will be distributed to the Council but will not be read at the meeting.
