The meeting will start at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, addressing a Village Hall lease agreement, US 41 north monument sign contract and a resolution pertaining to a short-term moratorium on accepting of permit applications for accessory garages in the RSF Zoning District.
There will then be a first reading of Ordinance 2023-03 amending the Village Land Development Code to revise the standards for detached residential garages.
This will be followed by a workshop for an update on the Corkscrew Road path, landscaping, and lighting project.
