Council will start their meeting at 9:30 a.m., Wednesday, reviewing the ranking of construction management firms for the Utility Extension Program covering Cypress Bend, Sunny Groves, Estero Bay Village, Broadway Ave West and Highlands Avenue.
Other action items include the ranking of construction management firms for the Estero on the River Phase 1 & 2 projects which include parking, restrooms, bridge and path, and the Corkscrew Road path, lighting and landscaping from Ben Hill Griffin Parkway to the eastern side of Bella Terra.
There will be a first reading of an ordinance pertaining to the Old Post Office located at 8111 Broadway East, and a second reading of an ordinance for the Capital Improvement Program for Fiscal Year 2024-2025 totaling $79,868,914.
A workshop will present the annual Comprehensive Financial Report for the Fiscal Year which ended September 30, 2023
