The applicant is requesting an amendment to the Estero Planned Development for a ±20- acre parcel on the west side of Via Coconut Point south of Corkscrew Road and across from Genova.
Among the changes being requested are reducing the height of the mixed used buildings from 3 to 2 stories along Main Street and modification of building footprints and the shifting of some of the units.

The applicant is requesting a rezoning from Residential Planned Development to Estero Planned Development for a 21.4-acre site at the northeast corner of Corkscrew Road and Sandy Lane. The site is currently vacant and is the former Volunteers of America site that was approved for a continuing care facility (the Colonnade) that was never built.
This proposal is for a residential 2-story townhome development with 171 dwelling units.
