Via Coconut EPD
The Board will start their meeting at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday with a public hearing for a request to rezone from Agriculture to Estero Planned Development for a 20-acre parcel on the west side of Via Coconut Point south of Corkscrew Road and across from Genova. An additional application will be submitted to vacate an existing 66-foot wide right-of-way on the property.
A public information meeting will be conducted for University Highlands Building #5. The applicant is seeking a development order for a 7,300-square foot commercial building. The building will be located at Highland Oaks Drive, south of Everblades Parkway and Ben Hill Griffin Parkway.
The Board will then conduct a public hearing for The Tides at Pelican Landing which is requesting a review and approval of its selected paint colors. The Tides at Pelican Landing is located on the west side of US41, south of Coconut Road.

Meetings are held in the Council Chambers, Village Hall, 9401 Corkscrew Palms Circle, near the entrance to the Estero Community Park.
Residents may view the meeting here and provide public comment by utilizing the eComment Card on the Village website here. Comments must be received by noon one day before the actual meeting and they will be distributed to the Council/Board but will not be read at the meeting.
