Via Coconut
The Board will start their meeting at 4:30 p.m., Tuesday, with a public hearing for rezoning and right-of-way vacation at 8990 Corkscrew Road, 21650 & 21750 Via Coconut Point, and 21331, 21350 & 21351 Happy Hollow Lane. These properties are located south of Corkscrew Road and west of Via Coconut Road.
A public information meeting will be conducted for a development order request on the school property located at 20897 Three Oaks Parkway, south of Copper Oaks, bounded by Three Oaks Parkway on the west and I-75 on the east.
A public hearing will then be held for the Extra Space Storage at Coconut Point’s request to repaint their existing building.
The meeting will conclude with a workshop on architectural design and colors.
PLEASE NOTE: Genova and the proposed AT&T cell tower will be addressed at a future meeting.

Meetings are held in the Council Chambers, Village Hall, 9401 Corkscrew Palms Circle, near the entrance to the Estero Community Park.
Residents may view the meeting here and provide public comment by utilizing the eComment Card on the Village website here. Comments must be received by noon one day before the actual meeting and they will be distributed to the Council/Board but will not be read at the meeting.
