Resolution No. 2021-01 – Village Clerk appointment
Council approved this resolution appointing Carol Sacco Village Clerk. She has served as Interim Village Clerk since March and will assume the Village Clerk duties starting today, January 27, 2021.
Sacco will continue to also serve as the Village’s Executive Assistant. (Resolution)
Land Development Code – Second Public Hearing
The Land Development Code lays out zoning and other regulations for subdivisions and development of land.
With the assistance of Clarion Associates and Johnson Engineering, the Village has conducted numerous meetings for Council, Planning & Zoning Board, Design Review Board and the public addressing the Village’s new code. The meetings started in October 2020 and concluded today, January 27, 2021.

Council voted to adopt Ordinance 2020-10 which adopts the Land Development Code and the official Zoning Map, as amended in the revised “Addendum of Recommended Changes” document, with an additional change. (Ordinance)
