The meeting will start at 4:30 p.m., Tuesday, with public information meetings for zoning amendments for the West Bay Club, which is requesting to increase the height of a proposed high-rise building from 20 stories to 23 stories over parking, and Miromar Outlets to modernize their signage.
In addition, the Colonnade Continuing Care Retirement Community, aka Volunteers of America, will present their revised site and level plans in a public information meeting.
The Board will then conduct public hearings for the Lee Health Medical Building at the Shoppes at University Highlands, the Fifth Third Bank at Miromar Outlets and the Tides at Pelican Landing.

Meetings are held in the Council Chambers, Village Hall, 9401 Corkscrew Palms Circle, near the entrance to the Estero Community Park.
