Council will start their meeting at 9:30 a.m., Wednesday, addressing a final budget an amendment to close out Fiscal Year 2020/2021. They will then conduct a first reading of an ordinance to repeal the “transitional” ordinances which were put in place when the Village incorporated.
A second reading and public hearing will be conducted for an ordinance pertaining to a zoning amendment for the West Bay Club to increase the allowed building height in Pod 5.
This will be followed by a workshop reviewing the Ben Hill Griffin Parkway landscape concept.

Meetings are held in the Council Chambers, Village Hall, 9401 Corkscrew Palms Circle, near the entrance to the Estero Community Park.
Residents may view the meeting here and provide public comment by utilizing the eComment Card on the Village website. Comments must be received by noon one day before the actual meeting and they will be distributed to the Council but will not be read at the meeting.
