Council will start their meeting at 9:30 a.m., Wednesday, presenting Vice Mayor Joanne Ribble with the Florida League of Cities “Home Rule Hero Award.”
Action items include a contract with Vieste LLC for a public/private partnership for the Williams Road mixed-use development project; approval of two firms to provide grant management services; a contract with RVi for landscape maintenance inspection services; a first reading of Ordinance 2023-04 pertaining to the rezoning of the Williams Road property, and the first reading of Ordinance 2023-11 pertaining to the Capital Improvement Program.
Council will then conduct workshops on the recent state legislative session and an introduction to Tyler Technologies financial software.

Meetings are held in the Council Chambers, Village Hall, 9401 Corkscrew Palms Circle, near the entrance to the Estero Park.
Residents may view the meeting here and provide public comment by utilizing the eComment Card on the Village website. Comments must be received by noon one day before the actual meeting and they will be distributed to the Council but will not be read at the meeting.
