Woodfield Development location

The Board will conduct three public hearings starting at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 13.

The first hearing will be for the Woodfield Development requesting a rezoning with deviations from Mixed Use Planned Development to Estero Planned Development for a 45.6-acre parcel on the northwest corner of US-41 and Coconut Road.  The applicant is requesting Village Center Tier 3 Development which allows for mixed use.

The RiverCreek recreation site is requesting a development order.  This site is located at 20161 Camellia Crosse Lane within the Rivercreek subdivision and is bounded by Corkscrew Road to the north, Wildcat Run to the west, The Preserve at Corkscrew and Bella Terra to the east, and Kiker Preserve to the south.

Estero Bay Chevrolet is requesting to replace 3000 K lightbulbs in existing fixtures to 4000 or 5000K light bulbs to increase security camera visibility.  Estero Bay is located south of Corkscrew Road and next to the I-75 southbound ramp.

Meetings are held in the Council Chambers, Village Hall, 9401 Corkscrew Palms Circle, near the entrance to the Estero Community Park.

Residents may view the meeting here and provide public comment by utilizing the eComment Card on the Village website here.  Comments must be received by noon one day before the actual meeting and they will be distributed to the Council/Board but will not be read at the meeting.
