Rain washes fertilizer into our waterways, feeding algae blooms.

By |July 3rd, 2023|Categories: News|Comments Off on Rain washes fertilizer into our waterways, feeding algae blooms.

Not only is it a waste of money, it overloads our waterways with nutrients that fuel algal blooms. Fertilizing in March or April, and then again in the Fall is the best way to make the most of your efforts. For more ways you can keep our waters free of pollutants, check out our flyer on how your landscape maintenance can protect our waters.
