Action Items Amendment to Interlocal Agreement - Estero Fire Rescue District impact fees The Village collects fire impact fees for permits issued in Estero and remits them per interlocal agreement to Estero Fire Rescue. Lee County’s impact fees for Fire and EMS were recently updated. The updated fees will result in some additional revenue to the Fire District depending on the level of permitting activity.
