Action Item Resolution No. 2018-18 – Estero River Land Purchase Council adopted this resolution with changes made to the purchase and sale agreement. The resolution authorizes the amended purchase and sale agreement with The Trust for Public Lands for 62 acres of land adjacent to the Estero River. Ribbon cutting ceremony set for new Lee County water treatment plant
The public is invited to attend an official ribbon-cutting ceremony and tours at 10 a.m. Monday, Oct. 29, at the Green Meadows Water Treatment Plant, a Lee Board of County Commissioners’ $75.4 million state-of-the art facility in southeast Lee County. Planning & Zoning Board to conduct public information meetings for a Pregnancy Resource Center and Park Place of Estero on October 23, 2018

Joint meeting of the Planning & Zoning Board and Design Review Board meeting addressed the Land Development Code Assessment on October 16, 2018
Clarion Consultants presented the Land Development Code Assessment at a joint meeting of the Planning & Zoning Board and the Design Review Board on October 16 . Clarion Consultants have been working with Johnson Engineering and the Village staff to design and streamline the Village’s first Land Development Code. Ribbon-cutting ceremony conducted for Genova, first residential community in Estero’s Village Center
Councilmembers Jim Wilson, Jon McLain, Katy Errington, Mayor Jim Boesch, managing partner of Genova Partners Jim Wallace and Genova partner Carl Gruber, Vice-Mayor Bill Ribble and Councilmember Nick Batos participated in the ribbon-cutting ceremony for the grand opening of the first residential building in Genova on October 11, 2018.
