(Updated 9/10/2020 at 2:00 pm) ~COVID-19 Related Floridian Deaths Maintaining Steady Decline in Recent Weeks~ TALLAHASSEE — The Florida Department of Health (DOH), in order to provide more comprehensive data, releases a report on COVID-19 cases in Florida once per day. Today, data reported to DOH shows there has been a steady decline in the number of reported Florida resident deaths who were previously diagnosed with COVID-19. The fourth week of July compared to the fourth week of August, shows a 75 percent decrease in the average number of reported COVID-19 related deaths. Millage rate, budget and Distinguished Budget Preparation Award among topics addressed by Council on September 9, 2020

The Village wants to hear your opinion on the uses for the Village’s Estero on the River property. The Village’s consultant Canin Associates will be conducting two public meetings to gather input from residents. The meetings will be held in the council chambers at 9:30 a.m., Saturday, September 12 and again at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, September 30.
