High 5 breaks ground for new entertainment venue in Estero’s Hub
101 residents and media gathered to celebrate the groundbreaking for the future home of the High 5 entertainment facility in Estero’s Village Center Hub. The short program included comments by Mayor Joanne Ribble welcoming the crowd, High 5 Entertainment Founder Scott Emley and Village Manager Steve Sarkozy. Village-wide traffic study among topics for Council on November 19, 2025
Council will start their meeting at 9:30 a.m., Wednesday, with a letter of recognition for Estero High School student Kaitlyn Mancin. The Board will start their meeting at 4:30 p.m., Tuesday, with public hearings for the Toasted Yolk Café at 22941 Lyden Drive, the Cooper property at 4741 Broadway Ave. West, Discount Tire at 10411 Corkscrew Commons Drive and Ordinance 2025-10 review. Estero’s Veterans Day at the park on November 8, 2025
Over 400 residents, young and old, came to the Estero Community Park on Saturday, Nov. 8, to pay tribute to all of our veterans, active military, first responders and Gold Star families. Corkscrew Road Widening Phase 2 update from Lee County on October 24, 2025
Drivers, pedestrians, and bicyclists are urged to use extra caution when traveling through the work zone. Coconut Point Mall paint colors reviewed by the Planning, Zoning & Design Board on October 14, 2024
Public Information Meeting Coconut Point Developers, LLC, presented the proposed color palette they plan to use to repaint the developer owned buildings in the shopping center. They stated these new colors will refresh and modernize the look and feel of Coconut Point Mall.
