Representatives for Wildcat Run Country Club located on Corkscrew Road gave a presentation on their proposed expansion of the Grill Room, outdoor deck and bocce courts on October 9.
They plan to enhance the existing facilities, including adding an attractive entry and dining room with outdoor bar with fire pits, umbrella tables and soft seating.
The changes include adding 2 bocce courts. The building’s paint color and roof tile will match the color of the clubhouse. The parking lot will remain the same size but the golf cart paths will be rerouted.
They plan to preserve as much landscaping as possible. They will be removing 2 canopy trees but will be replacing them with 8 canopy trees. They stated that 75 percent of their existing trees are native and 50 percent of their plantings are native. (Presentation)
