Public Hearings Corkscrew Crossing The Board started their meeting with a public hearing for Corkscrew Crossing. The applicant was requesting approval of a development order for phase one of their project which consists of 141 lots at the north end of their site, along with their entry feature and gatehouse. There are three phases to this residential community, with a total of 554 single family homes, gatehouse and a common recreation area. Nomi Health opens FDOH-Lee and Lee County testing sites
The Florida Department of Health-Lee (FDOH-Lee) and Lee County Government are collaborating to expand COVID-19 testing using a vendor, Nomi Health. FDOH-Lee has an agreement with Nomi Health to increase drive-thru COVID-19 testing appointments at its clinic. PCR and antigen tests will now be available Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. The FDOH-Lee clinic is located at 3920 Michigan Ave., Fort Myers, FL 33916.
